This awful picture seems to be glaring evidence (pun intended) of the existence of Gearios prior to their “invention” on Halfbakery.com. In my line of work (as a lawyer on the breakfast track) this is called copyright infringement. However, it has always been my strongest belief that a good bowl of cereal in the morning can erase anything you may or may not have done the night before.
