Cereality, a cereal bar cafe, is opening it’s first franchise location at Pennsylvania State University on March 22 2007. Us CerealBloggers have yet to visit to a Cereality…we tried, but failed miserably. Cereality serves over 30 brands with more then 40 possible toppings. There is free Wi-Fi and a living room like seating area. This location even accepts the PSU Lions cash for payment. And no we have not been paid to say any of this, were just getting the word out in hopes of some real reviews and feedback. Cereality® Cereal Bar & Café Opens First Franchise Location;
LIVE REMOTES AVAILABLE from 6:30a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at 134 West College Avenue

WHAT:
It’s Opening Day for the new Cereality® Cereal Bar & Café in State College. The 1,400-square-foot café – the first franchise location of this hugely popular restaurant chain – includes more than 30 branded cereals, more than 40 toppings, and other Cereality signature elements: kitchen-inspired serving areas, a community dining table, a comfy living room seating area in the window nook, flat screen TVs playing cartoons, and free Wi-Fi.

The servers, or Cereologists™, all wear pajama tops and are trained to deliver an “Always Saturday Morning” experience to customers who enjoy cereal blends, hot and cold cereals made to order, smoothies made with cereal, and delicious Cereality BakeryBars, which also feature cereal as a key ingredient.

The café will also be available to host “Cereality Celebrations” (parties for cereal lovers of all ages) and will offer catering services for home or office events. PSU Lion Cash will be accepted.

NOTES:
Cereality is headquartered in Chicago, with two local locations (in Evanston and in the famous “Loop,” across the street from the Mercantile Exchange). Cereality’s other company-owned cafes are in Philadelphia and Tempe, Arizona. The company recently opened several “Cereality Express” units at Newark Liberty Airport and plans to be at New York’s JFK and Chicago’s O’Hare in the late spring.
